Week 2: Where *might* you want to be

Using Skills
1. I demonstrated "tolerant and respectful" skills by listening to others opinions while taking part in a focus group. Even if I did not agree with what was being said, I consistently listened to the others who were speaking, and did not try to argue with them about their views.
2. I have also demonstrated "working with others", by assisting my coworkers with their projects so that they can be ore efficient with their work. Because of this I learned more about listening and following directions, and how to ask questions so that you can get the answer you need.
Weakness/Area of Growth
1. I can improve on my professionalism by always giving myself enough time to prepare for work.
