How much education: Better to have MBA, can work with a bachelor in business
Personalities: forward thinking, talks well, knows a lot about different things, original.

Average Pay: Nothing to Billions; depends on success
Differ per Geography: Doesn't matter because of technology, might help with advertising and building a team if located in Silicon Valley.
How much education: None
Personalities: Confident, smart, smooth talking, original, creative, persevering.
