SMART: specifics, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-oriented.
-To be more diligent with my time, to raise my GPA when school starts again, to work my way towards where I want to go.
Within a year, I want to be:
-more confident with my time management and be able to do things as planned, and be more confident in myself and my abilities with what I want to do.
Habits:
-Honest and dedicated, work well with others, nail biting. (?)
Things I could improve on:
-Being more organized, being more diligent with turning in work on time, and being a lot more conservative with due dates.
Allies:
A few people I could go to when things are wrong would probably be my mother, a handful of friends I hold close to me, and one of my bosses, Sarah.
Your ideas are really thought out. Nice blog.
ReplyDeleteI can be pretty unorganized too! You've got some good goals and I hope you achieve them!
ReplyDeleteI sometimes have a problem with due dates too. Turning in work late is a really hard habit to break. It's a slippery slope too. It all just comes down to not procrastinating, I guess.
ReplyDeleteorganization is pretty important. I find myself having to work on my organization as well!
