Internship: Comforts
Goals:
Right now, my goal is to create a detailed business plan for the restaurant I want to have with the help of my internship supervisor.
In the future, I want to complete culinary school and get a job at a high end restaurant to gain experience that will help me start my own business.
Habits:
A habit I have that benefits me in my internship is being attentive because I work in the kitchen, it's very important to notice things around you and be cautious of others.
A habit I would like to develop is asking more questions if I don't completely understand the task or assignment.
Allies:
My biggest ally is my Dad, and one I would like to have is someone who works in the field of work I am interested in .
